NP Han treats mental health conditions for adults 18+, including:
Acute Stress or PTSD
ADHD*
Anxiety Disorders***
Bipolar I, II, and other mood disorders**
Depression
Insomnia
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Panic Attacks***
Perinatal mental health (during and after pregnancy)
Schizophrenia**
*for patients who have not been diagnosed, an ADHD evaluation will be done in a separate visit (lasting 60-90minutes) after the initial consultation. Some patients may need testing done by a neuropsychologist. All patients on stimulants will require at a minimum: yearly visits with primary care provider and reviewing of medical records.**for patients that are in remission and are also willing to engage in treatment. Some patients may need to be referred out to an in-person provider.***for patients on routine long-term benzodiazepines (xanax, ativan, valium, klonopin, etc), we will discuss safer alternatives and agree to tapering-off (some patients may take a year or longer to taper). Short-term benzodiazepine treatments are used sparingly and only when clinically necessary.NP Han is not able to help with
